Brie & Jelly Bites

Bite sized appetizer or snack made with won ton wrappers, brie cheese, and jelly. Quick to make and a delicious combination of fruit and cheese.

Fruit and cheese is a classic combo similar to peanut butter and jelly, cheese and pasta, or chocolate and strawberries. It’s hard to go wrong with this combo and there are very few people who don’t enjoy it.

These Brie and Jelly Bites are a delicious appetizer or snack that can be easily made in about 15 minutes. They work great as a last minute party idea or a unique snack.

You can easily change up the ingredients for these by using other types of cheese or different flavored jelly. My personal favorite is brie cheese with strawberry jelly!!

Wonton wrappers usually come in packs of 48+ so you can easily make multiple batches of these bites. And with how yummy they are, you may want to make multiple if you’re planning for a lot of people.

New Year’s Eve is just a few days away so these are a great idea for all the parties coming up. I hope you enjoy this simple appetizer/ snack as much as I do!

makes 24 bites

Ingredients:

  • 24 won ton wrappers

  • 1/4 cup fruit jelly

  • 4 oz brie cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400

  2. Place won ton wrapper into a greased mini muffin pan, centered to each opening

  3. Cut brie cheese into about 1-inch pieces and slice thin

  4. Place sliced brie in the center of won ton wrappers until bottom is covered, 1-2 slices per wrap

  5. Top brie with approximately 1/2 tsp jelly

  6. Fold excess won ton wrappers to overlap and completely cover center (you can dip fingers in water to help the wrappers stick together at the top)

  7. Bake in oven for 8 minutes

  8. Remove from oven and pop bites out of the muffin tin

  9. Serve warm or cooled and enjoy!
