Granola Clusters

Granola is one of my favorite foods because it tastes like crumbled cookies to me!!!! Granola is traditionally tiny pieces but this recipe is CLUSTERS. You can mix with your yogurt, top your smoothie, or just pick them up and eat them!


They have a chewy texture and a sweet cinnamon and honey flavor.

Super simple ingredients and easy to make. Also, much cheaper than most store-bought granolas!! 


I'm slightly addicted and so is my family. I think we finished the batch within a couple days of making it :)

Tiff Tips

  1. The more you press the oat mixture together, the more clusters you'll be able to make

  2. Spray the pan well beforehand to prevent sticking. I have a coconut oil spray that I love to use for baking.

  3. Let completely cool before storing in container to prevent the granola from getting soft

  4. Use gluten free oats to make this recipe gluten free

Granola should stick together into one big chewy cluster before tearing apart

Chewy Honey Cinnamon

Granola Clusters

Prep Time: 5 min | Cook Time:20 min | Total Time: approx 1 hr


  • 3 cups old fashioned oats

  • 1/3 cup coconut oil

  • 1/3 cup honey

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 tsp salt


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Combine oats, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl

  3. Combine coconut oil, honey, and vanilla in a small bowl

  4. Add wet ingredients to dry and stir until well mixed

  5. Spread mixture onto a greased baking sheet

  6. Bake in the oven for 8 minutes. Stir mixture and then press together with spatula or other cooking utensil

  7. Bake for 12 more minutes

  8. Turn oven off, crack door open, and let cool for at least 25-30 minutes

  9. Once completely cooled, remove granola from baking sheet and tear into clusters

  10. Serve with milk, on top of yogurt, or just snack on these clusters by themselves and enjoy!!

  11. Store in air tight container for 2-4 weeks
