Creamy Pumpkin Soup

vegan, low carb, gluten free, dairy free

Thick, creamy, pumpkiny soup!!

There are only main 2 ingredients, making this a budget-friendly and easy-to-make soup

This recipe will be on repeat as cooler weather **hopefully** approaches soon

PS if anyone has a baby that’s just begun solids, this would be a great homemade baby food idea (my 9-month old niece loved it!)

serves 4-6


  • 1 can pumpkin puree

  • 1 can full fat coconut milk

  • 1 1/4 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 1/4 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • pinch of nutmeg

  • pinch of salt


  • Add all ingredients to a saucepan over medium heat and cook for 10-20 minutes or until heated through

  • Serve warm and enjoy!
