Crockpot Berry Crumble

gluten free

Ingredients:

  • 2 lb frozen mixed berries

  • 2 cups oats

  • 1/2 cup butter (1/2 cup), melted

  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar (can replace with any type of granulate sugar)

  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Pour berries until crockpot and spread evenly

  2. In a separate bowl, combine oats, melted butter, sugar, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and salt

  3. Cover berries with the oat mixture until evenly coated

  4. Place the crockpot on low or until berries are warm and soft

  5. Serve plain or over ice cream!
