Gluten Free Fudgey Brownies

  • 1 cup gluten free flour (can be replaced 1:1 with all purpose flour) - I used King Arthur's measure for measure

  • 1 1/2 cups coconut flour (can be replaced with any granulated sugar)

  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

  • 1/3 cup almond milk, unsweetened (can be replaced with any milk

  • 3 eggs

  • 1/2 chocolate chips, melted

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips, whole

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Melt the butter and 1/2 cup chocolate chips together and then set aside

  3. Combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl

  4. In a separate bowl, combine melted butter mixture, eggs, and milk using a hand mixer or spatula

  5. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix together using a hand mixer or spatula

  6. Stir in 1/2 chocolate chips

  7. Pour batter into greased 9x13 pan

  8. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes

  9. Let cool completely before cutting
