Peanut Butter Fudge

This fudge is super quick to throw together and makes for the perfect, yummy treat!

I’m a cocoa gal. No getting around it, I absolutely love me some chocolate. This fudge was perfect to make as my own version of chocolate Halloween candy to keep in the freezer this season! 

Made with only 4 main ingredients (that you probably already have in the house), this fudge is exactly the type of dessert to make when you're craving some chocolate. This recipe is low sugar and low carb, contains a good amount of healthy fats, and can easily be made ahead and remain fresh in the freezer for an extended period of time.

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder

  • 1/3 cup coconut oil

  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla


  1. If peanut butter is not loose, melt in microwave along with coconut oil

  2. Add remaining ingredients to melted peanut butter and coconut oil and mix until fully combined 

  3. Pour mixture into small or medium freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 30 minutes (I use a loaf pan)

  4. Once solid, remove from freezer and use cookie cutters or other baking stencils to create shapes out of the fudge

  5. The fudge will stay soft in freezer so serve “frozen” and enjoy!!
