Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

 dairy free, no added sugar

It may be Fall, but smoothies are never out of season


I was skeptical about pumpkin in a smoothie at first too but it surprisingly so good! The banana adds sweetness, the almond butter and flax seeds give a delicious nutty flavor, and the pumpkin pie seasoning brings it all together!

This smoothie makes a super quick and easy breakfast or snack for this season

serves 1


  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree

  • 1/2 cup dairy free milk (or milk of choice)

  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional)

  • 1 Tbsp almond butter

  • 1 Tbsp flax seeds

  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or cinnamon)

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract


  1. Add ingredients to a blender, blend on high, and enjoy!

  2. Toppings I enjoy: pecans, pumpkin seeds, dash pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
