Pumpkin Mug Cake

This dessert only takes 5 minutes to make, start to finish say whaaaaaat

Fall flavored, soft, pancake-like, gluten free, dairy free, YUMMY

This Pumpkin Mug Cake is super convenient if you’re randomly craving dessert but don’t feel like making it or don’t have the ingredients. It’s also great for those without an oven (shoutout to my college dormers). Lastly, it’s great if you don’t want an entire batch of something lying around but just want 1-2 servings in the moment. 

The first bite :))) 

Pull out your favorite mug and try out this quick pumpkin dessert!!

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree

  • 1 egg

  • 1 Tbsp almond flour

  • 1 Tbsp nut butter

  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

optional:

  • drizzle of maple syrup for topping!

Instructions:

  1. Mix ingredients in a mug

  2. Microwave for 3 minutes or until cooked through

  3. Drizzle some maple syrup over top and enjoy!!
