The Greenest Smoothie

 dairy free, no added sugar

The greenest smoothie I’ve ever made. Don’t let the color steer you away though…most veggies are bland enough for fruit to overpower them.

The process for this smoothie is simple. I pretty much throw every vegetable in sight into the blender and then add a banana for that sweet factor. I also like adding half an avocado for healthy fats, additional potassium, and fiber. This recipe is flexible so you can be creative and use what you have.

If I know I won't be getting many vegetables in for the day or I want a vitamin and nutrient boost, I’ll make this green smoothie. I also love this combo because the ingredients are inexpensive which is helpful as a college student or if you’re on any type of budget.

I hope you enjoy this green smoothie!
