DISCLAIMER: I am not certified as a personal trainer, exercise physiologist, or kinesiologist/physical therapist (although, I am in school for it so fingers crossed). These are simply exercises and workouts I enjoy doing based on past experience as a dancer and a general interest and love for fitness. If you are unsure of how to execute a movement properly or if you feel pain/discomfort in any exercise, I would suggest seeing a doctor or consulting a professional.
